Usage instructions:
Children between 8 and 12 years: Take 5 ml twice a day with meals (During breakfast and lunchtime Children over 12 years: Take 7,5 ml - 10 ml twice a day with meals.(During breakfast and lunchtime). Children under 8 years: Use not recommended in children younger than 8 years

NeuroVance® kids is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.Contraindications:NeuroVance® is contraindicated in:Known or suspected pregnancy (see pregnancy and lactation).Breastfeeding (see pregnancy and lactation).Known hypersensitivity to roseroot extract, inositol or any of the inactive ingredients of NeuroVance® (see composition).Children under 8 years of age.Warning and special precautions:Concurrent use of roseroot (rhodiola rosea) with monoamineoxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) antidepressant (tranylcypromine & moclobemide) may increase the risk of adverse effects, including serotonin syndrome (see interactions). Concurrent use of magnesium with aminoglycoside antibiotics (amikacin, gentamycin, kanamycin, streptomycin and tobramycin) may lead to neuromuscular dysfunction and weakness (see instructions). Concurrent use of magnesium with bisphosphonates may decrease bisphosphonate absorption. Advice patents to separate doses of magnesium and these drugs by at least 2 hours (see interactions). Concurrent use of both magnesium and zinc with quinolone and tetracyline antibiotics can from insoluble complexes and potentially decrease the absorption and anti-microbial activity of these drugs. Advice patients to take these drugs at least 2 hours before, or 4-6 hours after, magnesium and zinc supplementation (see interactions).Effects on ability to drive and operate machines:Concurrent use of roseroot (rhodiola rosea) with monoaminoxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) antidepressants (tranylcypromine & moclabemide) may increase the risk of adverse effects and may therefore impair the ability to drive or operate a machine (see interactions).Interactions:Concurrent use of roseroot (rhodiola rosea) with monoamineoxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), antidepressant (tranylcypromine & mecloberninde) may increase the risk of adverse effects, including serotonin syndrome (see warnings and special precautions).Concurrent use of magnesium with aminoglycoside antibiotics (amikacin, gentamycin, kanamycin, streptomycin and tobramycin) may lead to neuromuscular weakness.Concurrent use of magnesium with bisphosphonates may decrease bisphosphaonate absorption. It is therefore recommended that NeuroVance® should not be taken after 5 pm if insomnia poses a problem.Gastrointestinal disorders:Less frequent: gastrointestinal irritation.Skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders:Less frequent: skin irritation, rash.Inositol:Nervous system disorders:Frequency unknown. Headache, dizziness.Gastrointestinal disorders:Frequency unknown. Nausea.Magnesium:Gastrointestinal disorders:Less frequent: gastrointestinal irritation, nausea.Zinc:Gastrointestinal disorders:Less frequent: nausea.Known symptoms of over-dosage and particulars of its treatment:Treatment is symptomatic and supportive. There is no specific antidote.Pregnancy and breastfeeding:Do not take NeuroVance® if you are pregnant or breastfeeding your baby.Driving and using machinery:NeuroVance® may affect your ability to drive or operate machinery. If you are taking antidepressant medication that belongs to the class of monoaminoxidase inhibitors (MAOIs). These are parnate (tranylcypromine) & depnil (moclobemide). See (taking other medicines with NeuroVance®.Taking other medicines with NeuroVance®:Always tell your healthcare professional if you are taking any other medicine. This includes complementary or traditional medicines.Taking magnesium that is contained in NeuroVance® with certain antibiotics called aminoglycosides (amikacin, gentamycin, kanamycin, streptomycin and tyobramycin) may lead to muscular weakness.Taking magnesium and zinc that is contained in NeuroVance® with quinolone and tetracycline antibiotics can form insoluble complexes and decrease the absorption and anti-infective activity of these antibiotics. It is therefore advised to use these antibiotics at least 2 hours before, or 4-6 hours after, magnesium and zinc supplementation.5. Possible side effects:NeuroVance® can have side effects. Not all side effects reported for NeuroVance® are included in this leaflet. Should your general health worsen or if you experience any untoward effects while taking NeuroVance® please consult your doctor pharmacist or other healthcare professional for advice.If any of the following happens, stop taken NeuroVance® and tell your doctor immediately or go to the casualty department at your nearest hospital:Swelling of the hands, feet, ankles, face, lips, mouth or throat, which may cause difficulty is swallowing or breathing.Rash or itching.Fainting.These are all very serious side effects. If you have them you may have had a serious allergic reaction to NeuroVance®. If so, you may need urgent medical attention or hospitalisation.Tell your doctor as soon as possible if you notice any of the following:Abdominal fullness, abdominal cramps or stomach upset.Skin irritation of rash.If you notice any side effects not mentioned in this leaflet, please inform your doctor or pharmacist.
