I purchased these earlier this week and sound only comes through one. I followed all the instructions, even restarted my phone, unpaired the device. I don't know what the problem is. I think they have so much potential

these work great! if you're looking for a budget option I recommend these. I love mine, they are easy to set up and work great.

Inconsistent. I made a purchase of 1 pair and it was so perfect that i wanted a second pair for when i go to the gym, the 2nd pair is nothing like the first. They die faster, they only charge sometimes and sound quality is horrible. I’ve gone back to the store twice and still have the same problem with every pair that’s used to replace them. they suck!👎🏽

I need help
The first time the left end side of the earphone pods fell one piece that is a part of the earphone pod fell ... Then they fell the second time and this time when I tried to put the piece back, they stopped working

They don't pair easily, they continuously disconnect and are almost never in sync.And the sound quality is not good.
