Each chewable fish oil burstlet contains:
Ingredient - per softgel.
Fish oil (natural tuna oil) - 500mg.
Providing 160 mg beneficial omega-3 fatty acids as:
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) - 125mg.
Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) - 30 mg.

Omega-3 fatty acids are a major component of cell membranes throughout the body, especially in the brain and eyes. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) are two omega-3 fatty acids essential for normal eye and brain development and for cognitive functioning. Growing evidence also suggests that especially DHA supplementation may benefit language, behavior and performance in children. Children with ADHD and learning difficulties may find supplementation especially beneficial.
Good sources of DHA and EPA are cold water fish like tuna, salmon, mackerel, herring, cod and sardines or cod liver, flaxseed and canola oils, soybeans, tofu and walnuts. It may be beneficial for children who consume diets deficient or lacking in these foods to supplement with omega-3 fatty acids.

BrainChild™ fish oil chew burstlets can be taken in one of 3 ways:
1. Chew and burst:
Place the burstlet directly in the mouth and chew. Experience the exhilarating fruity squirt in your mouth. The entire burstlet is safe to eat and swallow.
2. Twist and squirt:
Twist or cut off the tail of the burstlet. Squeeze the fish body, delivering a precise dose of fruity fish oil into your child's mouth or onto your child's favourite food.
3. Dissolve in the mouth:
The burstlet can be sucked until the contents have been released into the mouth. The burstlet can then be chewed or swallowed or expelled from the child's mouth.
Dosage and directions for use.
Children 2 to 4 years.
Chew 1 tablet daily.
Children 4 years and older:
Chew 1 to 2 tablets daily.
Or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner.
