Usage instructions:
Place one teabag ina cup and cover with freshly boiled water. Wait 4-5 minutes to allow the Detox Tea to brew optimally. We recommend leaving the tea bag in the cup for as long as possible to gain the mazimum beneft from Cape Kingdom Buchu leaves.
Note: Use the general guideline of one tea bag per person plus one extra "for the pot". You can add honey or lemon to taste and milk if you prefer too.
Other ideas: Brew a pot of buchu tea and allow to cool. Add halved lemons and organges, a dollop of honey and chill in the fridge for an unbelievably good iced tea!
