Usage instructions:
The instructions below, provided by Clairol, your colour experts, will guide you step by step through an easy colouring experience. Always read the safety instructions and follow the directions for use carefully.To determine your hair colour results, do the strand test each time you colour. Perms, relaxers, previous colour can affect your colour results.Cut a 1/4 inch wide strand of hair from your roots (back of head) and tape strand together.Completely cover with the mixture remaining from the allergy test.Time for 25 minutes.Rinse and dry the strand.1 Prep:Put on gloves.Open bottle 1 & pour contents into bottle 2. Shake thoroughly until colour mixture is totally blended.Note: once mixed, never reseal or store the colour in a closed container, as it could burst.2 application options:Tip: for resistant greys or ultra light blonde shades, leave on for an additional 10 minutes.A: if you colour every 1-3 months with a similar shade, for even colour root to tip.A1: roots first.Make 1/2-inch partings throughout your dry, unwashed hair with applicator tip. Apply colour mixture immediately onto new growth root area only, until completely saturated, working from the front to the back of your head.A2 wait! Relax:Tip: new hair growth needs more time to colour! And, focusing on new growth protects your ends from excessive damage.Leave colour mixture on new root growth for 20 minutes.A3: apply to rest of hair:Apply remaining colour mixture to the rest of the hair. Work through hair from roots to tips to ensure full saturation.Let develop for an additional 5 minutes.Total application time is 25 minutes.Or:B: if you have never coloured, want to drastically change your current colour, or have not coloured in 3 months or longer.1. B1: apply all over:Starting at the roots, apply colour mixture immediately to dry, unwashed hair.2. B2: work through:Work through hair from roots to tips to ensure full saturation. Leave colour mixture on for 25 minutes.Tip:For resistant greys or ultra light blonde shades, leave on for an additional. 10 minutes.3 Finish:When time is up, rinse and shampoo.Apply the CC+ ColourSeal™ conditioner.Leave on for 2 minutes. Rinse. Use remaining CC+ ColourSeal™.Conditioner once a week after shampooing.1 CC: colour control.

Warnings:
Conduct an allergy alert test 48 hours before each time you colour even if you have already used colouring products before. So remember to buy the product 48 hours in advance. Hair colourants can cause severe allergic reactions. This product is not intended for use on persons under the age of 16. Temporary "black henna" tattoos may increase your risk of allergy. Do not colour your hair if: - you have a rash on your face or sensitive, irritated and damaged scalp, - you have ever experienced any reaction after colouring your hair, - you have experienced a reaction to a temporary “black henna" tattoo in the past. In case of any reaction or when in doubt consult a doctor before using any hair colour product. Rinse hair well after application. Avoid contact with eyes. Wear suitable gloves.
