Simply step into the pants and pull up.
Ensure the inside label points to the back when putting it on.
To remove the pants, simply take it off like regular underwear or tear open the side seams.

Pull-ups
I wish the pull-ups could cover the whole buttocks more especially when is used at night,because in the morning the bed is wet. I love them because they are comfortable & easy to wear.
