Remove the backing sheet from the insole, place onto shoe and press firmly to secure.Ball-of-foot cushions: ensure that the shoe is clean and dry before application. Remove the backing sheet from the cushion. Place onto shoe on ball-of-foot area and press firmly to secure.Heel grips: ensure that the shoe is clean and dry before application. Remove the backing sheet from the heel grips. Place in shoe at the back of the heel and press firmly to secure.Care instructions:Do not submerge in water as the adhesive will become dry. Clean with a damp cloth. Replace when worn or when the adhesive wears out.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
