Directions for use:
Use the coarse surface to shape the nail and follow with the medium to smooth nail edges. File in smooth strokes from the side of the nail towards the centre. Complete your manicure with the Clicks deluxe 3-way buffer to smooth ridges and create shine.

An emery board to ruin your nails
The grit of 160 and 120 is far too rough for natural nails, I have since done some research and the lowest grit for natural nails is 180.
