Usage instructions:
Directions for use:Dry wipe the inside of your shoe to ensure that it is clean and dry before inserting the Clicks pressure relief insole. For the best fit, take out the original insole (if there is one) and place it on top of the Clicks pressure relief insole and trim to the desired size. If the original insole can't be removed, place the footwear on top of the Clicks pressure relief insole and trace an outline and trim to the desired size. Replace when worn out.
Storage instructions:
Store below 25 degrees C. Keep from direct sunlight. Do not submerge in water.
