Smart serving tips. Soak 1 tablespoon of chia seeds in half a cup of water or fruit juice for 15 minutes. Add to smoothies, or mix with pumpkin seeds, linseeds and goji berries and serve with yoghurt. Also delicious sprinkled over salads.

A friend of mine told me about these chia seeds. i looked it up on the internet and found a host of health benefits. these seeds are power packed superfoods. i have it in my yoghurt along with sunflower and flaxseeds and goji berries. this is the ultimate snack or meal. So So very healthy. it actually gives me energy for the day as well. it does make your yoghurt turn thick once it stands for a while but i like it like that. you can also add it to a half glass of juice and it swells and becomes gel like, i find it very refreshing and has interesting texture. When it is on three for two offers then it is really worth it.
