My first week after giving birth almost turned into hell, my nipples were cracked and very painful when she suck until i Went to clicks pharmacy and was advised to get the clicks nipple cream. Within minutes of applying it I could feel soothed and then started to enjoy feeding my little one her milk. I love the fact that didn't have to wipe it off before feeding her meaning it's safe for babies
