Directions for use:
After feeding, clean nipples with tepid water. Pat dry with a clean cloth. Using clean, dry hands, squeeze a pea-sized amount from the tube and gently apply to the nipple area. You can apply the cream directly to a disposable breast pad as well.
Storage instructions:
Store in dry, cool and well ventilated areas below 30 degrees C away from direct sunlight.
Warnings:
This item may stain your clothing. It is recommended that you use a Clicks made 4 mom disposable Breast Pad to protect delicate fabrics from staining. Store in dry, cool and well-ventilated areas below 25 degrees C, away from direct sunlight. Test for skin sensitivity on the inside of forearm before using this product. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Best nipple cream
I'm a new mom, the first few days I had my baby was so stressful, my baby wasn't latching well so I ended up having a cracked nipple, damn it was so painful the I searched on Google,voila nipple cream from clicks was first on the list.
