2 easy steps to smooth and silky spring skin

1. Scrub

As we emerge from winter, it's important to get rid of rough, dry skin – skin stripped of dead cells allows for better penetration of moisturising products, and a closer shave. Exfoliation also stimulates circulation, and over time, makes skin look clearer and smoother.

For glowing skin, choose an oil-based scrub that contains nourishing ingredients (olive, soya, and mango seed oil, for example) – they leave skin soft and supple. Exfoliate every second day and use hand mitts or a body brush.

2. Nourish

To really lock in moisture, apply a body butter straight after your shower or bath everyday (or twice a day if your skin is particularly dry), preferably while your skin is still slightly damp.

Don’t forget to lather your feet, knees and elbows while you’re at it for an all-over glow. When choosing a product, opt for one that contains really moisturising ingredients like vitamin E.
