RECIPE: Greens and tahini salad

A quick and healthy recipe using our NEW Smartlife basket steamer!

Ingredients

Serves 2 – 4


Tahini dressing

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan.
  2. Sauté the broccoli, marrows and asparagus until just tender with a firm bite.
  3. Steam the bok choy and sugar snaps in a Smartbite steamer.
  4. Toss all the vegetables together and arrange on a platter.
  5. Toast the sesame and chia 
seeds in a pan for a minute or 
two until nicely browned and sprinkle over the vegetables with the seed crackers.
  6. Blend all the tahini ingredients together and drizzle over the salad.
