Tired of the same old sandwich at lunchtime?  Try this quick and easy smoothie.

Blueberry and ginger smoothie

Serves one

You will need:

125ml Greek yoghurt

125ml ice 

1 banana

125ml blueberries

2.5ml ginger, finely grated 

Honey to sweeten 

Blend all the ingredients until smooth, and sweeten with honey.
