Clicks operates using a very strict competition process. While the process of selection may differ from competition to competition, it is always officiated by auditors to ensure fair process was followed. For further information pertaining to specific processes, please visit the competitions page.

Winners are contacted by email or phone. If no confirmation is received from the winner within the stipulated time as stated in the competition's terms and conditions, the prize is transferred to the person second in line. Only once acknowledgement of winning is received, will the winner be announced in public.
