The light yellow colour is due to the natural colour of the ingredients, Q10 active does not contain any colourants.
Coenzyme Q10 is naturally found in the skin and plays an important role in its metabolic activity. It stimulates the energy production within cells and works as an antioxidant, fighting skin damaging free radicals.
As the skin ages, the body's own production of Q10 decreases, so the skin lacks energy and skin damaging free radicals accumulate. The skin tends to loose elasticity and firmness, and forms wrinkles prematurely.
Eucerin® Q10 active contains skin's own coenzyme Q10.
Q10's double anti-wrinkle action:
1. It helps replenish the age-caused Q10 deficit, improving surface cell regeneration to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

I opted for this one as my usual one was out of stock.It is my go to night cream now, absorbs well and my skin feels refreshed in the morning!
