Step 1:
Wash your hands before you sterilise your cup. Clean and sterilise your cup with warm water.
Step 2:
Push down cup fold. Insert cup so that 1 to 2 cm's of the stem is inside the vagina.
Step 3:
Wash hands. Relax. Remove cup.
Step 4:
Wash and sterilise your cup reuse.
