Dosage and directions for use: Take one Capsule daily with a meal, or as prescribed by your Healthcare Professional. Do not take your iron supplement with tea, coffee or a high fibre meal as this will impair iron absorption.
Storage instructions:
Store at or below 25 degrees C. Protect from light and moisture. Keep the blister strips in the outer carton.
