The recommended dose is as follows: Adults and children 12 years and older: 6 – 8 sprays into the mouth six times a day Children 6 – 12 years old: 2 – 4 sprays into the mouth six times a day Children 2 – 6 years old: 2 sprays into the mouth six times a day
