Usage instructions:
Once opened consume within 4 weeks. Keep foil bag airtight to preserve freshness.
As a meal:
Fro every 50g of Futurelife® Smartfood™ add approximately 125ml (1/2 cup) of water or milk. Adjust the ration to obtain your preferred consistency.
As a shake:
Mix 50g of Futurelife® Smartfood™ with 150-200ml water, milk or yogurt. Shake well! Enjoy at home or on-the-go.
