Vitamin c Ever since I started taking then irrespective of being so much exposed to coldness due to my working condition n that I am asthmatic i haven't had flue this year compared to others years . I would have flue for the rest of the winter season. Potent Anti-oxidant I've been taking this to promote absorption of the GNC L-Glutathione and so far it's working great! My skin looks radiant and fairer due to the high dosage which is also not flushed out cos of the timed-release. I also have not been ill since taking these supplements.

Very effective I initially started with the 500mg GNC capsules with rose hips but decided to try the 1000mg. After taking 1 capsule everyday for a month, I have seen drastic improvements on my skin, complexion and hair. These tablets also boost your immune system which is a plus. Never got flu even after being exposed to a lot of ill people.
