Preparing Infasoy 1 failure to follow instructions may make your baby ill. Preparation for single feeding: Baby's mass (kg) - age weeks - level scoops - quantity of water (ml) - feeds per 24 hours. 2.5 - 0-2 - 3 - 75 - 7. 3.0 - 2-4 - 4 - 100 - 6. 3.5 - 4-6 - 5 - 125 - 5-6. 4.0 - 6-8 - 6 - 150 - 5. 4.5 - 8-10 - 7 - 175 - 5. 5.0 - 10-12 - 8 - 200 - 5. 5.5+ - 12+ - 10 - 250 - 4. Use only the enclosed scoop. Do not make feeds stronger or weaker by adding extra powder or water. Do not change proportions without medical advice. After 6 months of age your baby needs additional nourishment. If correctly stored and made in accordance with the directions contained on the can, no further vitamin or mineral preparations are necessary. Prepared formula should be kept refrigerated and used within 24 hours. Any formula remaining after feeding should be discarded. Once open, use contents within four weeks. Expiry date on bottom of can. Suitable for Halaal. Preparation of feeds: Always wash hands before preparing feeds. 1. Wash utensils thoroughly until no milk remains. 2. Boil for five minutes. Leave covered until use. 3. Boil drinking water for five minutes; allow to cool. 4. Consult feeding table; pour correct amount of lukewarm water into boiled feeding bottle. 5. Only use scoop from this can. Consult feeding table; add exact number of level scoops as indicated. 6. Cap the bottle and shake until powder is fully dissolved. Test temperature by shaking a few drops onto inside of wrist. Hold baby while feeding to strengthen the bonding process. Never leave baby unattended to prevent choking.
