Many problems
I had this machine for a year, the jug broke very easily while I was cleaning it. Very fragile. I'm not going to try and replace it as the tube where the water passes continually would lose its place. This meant the water would boil but not flow through the coffee. Would not recommend it. My last coffee machine lasted eight years btw.

Perfect for us
This coffee machine has been perfect for our daily use. After lots of travelling and everyday use the jug cracked. Sadly we can't find a replacement, but at the price that isn't an issue.

Best filter machine to date
We have had none of the problems reported by others. Very happy with the performance and looks.

The glass is so poor quality and they have no spares
l had it for just about 3 months and the glass just cracked on its own. The boring part is they do not even stock it as spares for sell.

Brittle plastic
A good product the starts to fall apart just over 1 year when the plastic become brittle. Inferior quality plastic. Pay a few rands more and buy a well known brand
