Usage instructions:
Take four level scoops (53g) of Replace® and add gradually to 200 ml of water or milk - while stirring (mix until powder is dissolved). Makes 7 servings. Take 1-2 servings daily to substitute one or more meals or to supplement your daily diet as required.
Storage instructions:
Keep this product in a cool (under 25 degrees C), dry (below 65% humidity) and ventilated place to extend shelf life. Store away from direct sunlight. After opening and resealing this product, it should be used within one month. Do not refrigerate. Best before date on bottom of can.
