Usage instructions:
How do I use it? 1. Mark the name, date and time on the bag immediately before using it. 2. Tear open horizontally along the arrowhead direction at the top. 3. Use one hand to hold both sides of the bag at the top and use the other hand to pull and extend the bottom. Do not insert your fingers into the bag or blow the bag open. 4. Open the bag. Use one hand to hold both sides of the bag and use the other hand to pour the breast milk into the bag. Do not fill beyond 150 ml. 5. Squeeze the air out of the bag by hand and use your fingers to zip the bag close. 6. Place the bag in the fridge (24 hours) or freezer (3 months). Instructions for use: Express and refrigerate/freeze milk in your Clicks Made 4 Mom breast milk storage bags. Refrigerate for up to 4 days. Freeze for up to 3 months. Also good for storing baby foods and juice. Care instructions: Keep bags stored in the packaging until needed. Single-use only. Immediately discard if damaged.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Warnings:
Made 4 Mom milk storage bags are for single use only. Do not microwave or disinfect bags. Clearly label milk storage bags with the child's name and the date when the milk was expressed. Do not fill the bag beyond 150 ml. Leave room at the top to close the bag securely.

so convenient. I mostly use mind for breastmilk but sometimes store freshly puréed food.

Just okay
The marks at the bottom of the bags are of no use because cutting along them causes the milk to spill out. I really don’t recommend these.

Rubbish design
Why do the milk storage bags have markings at the bottom where they can be cut with a pair of scissors? Who thought it would be a brilliant idea to encourage people to cut a milk storage bag right where it comes into contact with the milk? Did nobody see this as a leakage or spillage risk? Rating this 1 because there is no 0.
