How to use
Usage instructions:
Brush thouroughly with a meridol toothbrush, at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or physician. Children 6 years and under should have adult supervision and use only a pea sized amount to minimize swallowing. In case of intake of fluoride from other sources consult a dentist or doctor. Do not swallow. Spit and rinse thoroughly after brushing.
Recommended to be used with the Meridol Oral Care Range.

Finally a good toothpaste without the fluff
I have sensitive teeth and gums. I have been using Sensodyne for years, with little to no improvement. Just as I was starting to suspect Sensodyne is mainly marketing fluff, I found this toothpaste.
After using it for only a few days I can already notice a significant improvement. It has very few ingredients, free of known irritants like Sodium Lauryl Sulfate which Sensodyne still uses in a lot of their toothpaste.
Another big plus is that it's not mint flavoured. The strong mint of Sensodyne would burn my gums. This smells and tastes exactly like original Strepsils and is very mild. My wife also hates anything mint flavoured, so this is a much-welcomed change from the majority of toothpaste on the market.
Thank you Meridol for making such an excellent product. Easily the best toothpaste I have ever used.
