Adults 16 years and older:
Take one capsule before bedtime, with a glass of water, or use as prescribed by a medical practitioner.
Storage instructions:
Store below 25 degrees C. Store away from moisture and direct sunlight.
Warnings:
This product contains passionflower extract and valerian root extract, therefore pregnant and lactating women should not use this product. This product is not suitable for children under the age of 16. Do not use if known hypersensitivity or allergy exists towards any of the ingredients. Do not use simultaneously with alcohol, other sedatives or with MAOI anti-depressants, as passionflower extract and valerian root extract may potentiate their effects. Avoid driving or operating heavy machinery while taking this supplement, as it may cause drowsiness.
