Usage instructions:
Preparation: 1. Wash your hands and pour 150 ml of pre-boiled luke-warm water into baby's bowl. 2. Add 5 level tablespoons of cereal into the bowl. 3. Stir until smooth. Feed your baby with a clean spoon. Do not keep unfinished portion. Do not add salt and/or sugar. Unless otherwise advised by your health professional, one or two Nestle Cerelac feeds should be given per day depending on the age of your baby. Nestle Cerelac is intended for spoon feeding. From 6 months of age, together with breastmilk, infants should be fed a variety of foods. Ask a health professional for advice. Nestle Cerelac baby cereal with milk has to be prepared with previously boiled, cooled water. No further cooking is required. This product is not intended for infants under 6 months of age and early introduction is not recommended. Breastmilk should continue for as long as possible after the introduction of weaning foods. Nestle Cerelac is not intended for bottle-feeding. To open - lift tab and pull tuck in to close.

Storage instructions:
Store in a cool dry place. Use within 4 weeks of opening. Seal bag once opened.
