Usage instructions:
Mix 1 scoop (approx. 8.5g) with 250ml of water in a NUTRITECH shaker. Shake thoroughly and drink first thing in the morning, upon waking.
ASSESS TOLERANCE – Take 1-2 servings per day, 5-6 hours apart, or as required to achieve your weight loss goals.
PRE WORKOUT
As a thermogenic pre-workout, drink 1 serving 20-30 minutes prior to workout, on an empty stomach.
