We will debit the total value of your online order against the payment card tendered during the checkout process. Payment will be effected on confirmation of your order and prior to delivery.

PayU EFT Pro is an instant electronic funds transfer (EFT) payment service that allows you to pay online directly using your existing internet banking facility. Transfers are secure and payments are instant. EFTs can be made using the following banks: ABSA, Nedbank, Capitec, FNB and Standard Bank. (Investec coming soon)

Is my credit card data secure?
Clicks online payments are 100% safe. Payments are managed through our secure payments provider PayU, who use the necessary physical, electronic and administrative safeguards to ensure all online transactions are safe and secure.
Can I redeem my Discovery Vitality Miles at checkout?
Not currently, but watch this space as this will be possible in the near future.
Will my Discovery Vitality CashBack on HealthyCare items apply at checkout?
Yes, exactly as if in-store, the cashback will apply on online checkout.
Can I redeem my Clicks ClubCard Points at checkout?
Yes, cashback can also be spent when checking out online. When you are signed in to your online account, your available cashback will display in the payment section of the checkout page. Simply add the amount of cashback you wish to redeem and it will be deducted from your cashback balance.
Will I earn Clicks ClubCard Points for online purchases?
Yes, exactly the same purchasing principles apply as if in-store, and points will be earned on online checkout.
Are all products displayed on the website available for sale online?
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability and will be delivered only within South Africa. All prices are South African rands (ZAR) and are valid and effective only within South Africa.
