Directions: once or twice a week, after shampooing with Palmer's coconut oil formula shampoo, distribute evenly through hair, focusing at the ends. Leave on for 10-20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

Amazing product
I have (dyed) type 3b hair. I split the pack and used it over two wash days (a week apart). I am so impressed with the results, my hair is bouncier and completely moisturised and curls more defined. Amazing product! I wish it was sold in a tub.
