Dosage and directions for use:
Adults: one or two capsules repeated every 3 to 4 hours if necessary, but not more than 8 capsules to be taken in any 24 hour period children 9 to 12 years: one capsule repeated every 3 to 4 hours if necessary, but not more than 4 doses in any 24 hour period.
Not recommended for children under 9 years.
Storage instructions:
Store below 25 degrees C in a well-closed container protected from light. Exposure to air should be kept to a minimum.

I suffer from severe migraines and have a weak tolerance level. Panado's work the best for my migraines, I just have tow take two and within 10 minutes I can feel the relief without feeling drowsy.
