Description:
BluBlock Anti-Reflective Computer Specs

Detailed Description:
What is blue light? Screens on digital devices emit high levels of short-wave blue spectrum rays, causing our eyes to constantly attempt to refocus. This can lead to eyestrain, fatigue and eventualy impaired levels of concentration. BluBlock® lenses... Are designed to filter the blue spectrum rays, allowing a sharper image to be transferred to the retina, keeping our eyes focused & relaxed. Wearing BluBlock® anti-reflective specs relieves the eyestrain caused by spending time in front of a screen, enabling maximum concentration levels. For use with phones, tablets, PC's. Without BluBlock computer specs. Shorter blue wave-lengths cause eye fatigue that can reduce concentration. Short blue spectrum. 450 mm blue-violet rays. Unfocussed. With BluBlock® computer specs. BluBlock lenses filter out the harmful blue light spectrum. Short blue spectrum. 450 mm blue-violet rays. Focused.

BluBlock opinion They seem to work for me. Optometrists charge a small fortune for these. My PC screen now has almost no glare - the image is less brighter so it is definitely blocking something. From a scientific point it would be hard to tell if they work but from my experience they are doing something so I would assume this is a 'good' thing. Best rule though is to give you eyes a break every 20 mins ( look away and stare at an object 20 meters away for 20 seconds every 20 mins )
