How to use
Usage instructions:
Dosage:
Adults and children over 12 years: Take 2 tablets 1 hour before bedtime or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Children 6 to 12 years: Take 1 tablet an hour before bedtime. Swallow the tablets whole with water.
For best results take ReDormin for a minimum of 2 weeks to help restore healthy sleep patterns. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
Storage instructions:

Sleeping again!
2 months after major shoulder and bicep surgery I was sleeping an average of 2 hours a night. Tried different sleeping pills, nothing worked. I've been taking redormin for a few nights now and I'm getting around 7 hours of sleep consistently. I wake up feeling a little drowsy but this is minor compared to not being able to function and constantly being sleep deprived.

Works Very Well
ReDormin is worth purchasing if you battle with insomnia or general anxiety. The natural products are ideal, and despite being natural, they are extremely effective. Definitely do not exceed 2 tablets or you could experience dizziness and spinning-room-syndrome. 1 Tablet is usually quite effective anyway, and its rare that you even require 2. Great for anxiety sufferers too, as they definitely take the edge off an anxiety attack. Highly recommend these tablets.
