1) Complete the online submission form.
2) Once you have submitted your information, one of our friendly pharmacy call centre agents will contact you to sign you up and explain the process.

Your repeat medication is pre-packed, saving your time.
A monthly reminder SMS will help you to remain compliant to your treatment as prescribed.
We will tell you when your script is about to expire and remind you to renew your prescription.
If you are on a medical aid, your medicine will be processed through your medical scheme - in line with your medical scheme benefits.

Yes, you are able to submit your prescription on the Clicks app. You can select the preferred store where you would like to collect.

Yes. You can register for the service with your current prescription. Whether you only have 1 month or 5 months left on your prescription, we will register you for the remainder of the cycle.

You can have all the repeatable items on your prescription signed up for RPS or if there are items that you do not require every month, you can select which items you want on. Simply inform us of your preference when signing up.

Should you prefer to use a Clicks pharmacy to dispense your medication, Simply request your prescription from the pharmacy where you are currently getting your medication from and either submit in store, on the Clicks App, or on the website.

Yes. You can choose the Clicks pharmacy that is the most convenient for you to collect your repeat prescription from. However, once registered for the service at your chosen pharmacy, you will need to collect your repeat prescription medication from that pharmacy where you registered.

If you have signed up for the repeat prescription service, your medication will be prepared at the pharmacy where you signed up or first collected. If you want to collect from a different Clicks pharmacy, please contact our call centre on 0860 737 328 or email [email protected] to assist you in the process.

Look out on the queue system instore for the Pre-packed collection option and take a ticket. You will be called to the next avaiable counter, saving you time in the pharmacy queue.

It is important to inform the pharmacy as soon as your medicine prescription changes to ensure that the most recent prescription is used to pre-pack the correct medicines for your next collection.

If you belong to a medical aid, we will claim from your medical aid in advance, and inform you of any applicable levies that may be due. If you do not belong to a medical aid scheme, you can simply pay for your medication in store when collecting your medication.

You have up to 8 days to collect your medication after receiving your notification. We will remind you again to collect at this point via SMS, after which the pharmacy will reverse the medicine claim.

If you have signed up for RPS and you prefer to rather manage your repeat medication yourself, simply inform the pharmacy where your prescription is loaded, or contact our call centre on 0860 737 328 or send an email with your details and request to  [email protected]

Only online payment for co-payments and levies will be accepted.

Deliveries are offered free of charge to addresses within a 10km driving distance from participating stores.

What costs are involved if my delivery address is more than 10km's away from a Clicks Store?

Clicks Direct Medicines (CDM) is an alternative delivery option for customers who wish to have their Chronic medication delivered, but fall outside of the 10km driving distance parameters. Contact 086 144 4405 or [email protected] for more information.

Delivery takes place within 4 hours, after the order has been confirmed and payment received (where applicable).

Delivery orders can be placed on Mon – Friday from 9AM to 5PM, Saturdays 9AM to 3PM & Sundays 9AM to 1PM (excluding public holidays). Orders and payments received after these hours, will be delivered the next day.
