What is the return and refund process?

We are currently only able to process refunds within Clicks stores. Simply bring your order to any Clicks store, along with the original invoice and delivery form, for an in-store refund.

I’ve been sent the wrong item. What now?

Exchanges and swaps can be done in any Clicks store. Simply go to your nearest store with the incorrect item, original invoice and delivery form and we’ll happily exchange the item for the correct one.

I’ve received a damaged item. What now?

Exchanges and swaps can be done in any Clicks store. Simply go to your nearest store with the damaged item, original invoice and delivery form and we’ll happily exchange the item for the correct one.
