Usage instructions:
Please read this instruction manual before using your Safeway product and keep it in a safe place for future reference. If you pass the appliance on to anyone else, please include this manual. We also recommend you keep the packaging until you are satisfied that this product is operating correctly. Before use: After unpacking the appliance, check for transport damage and that all the parts mentioned in this manual are present. In the event of damage or missing parts, contact your Clicks store. Do not discard the original box. It can be used for storage and dispatch to avoid transport damage. Operation: 1. Remove heater from packaging. 2. Place the heater on a flat surface, away from curtains and flammable materials. Do not place appliance directly beneath the power supply. 3. Connect the appliance to a single-phase AC supply of the voltage specified on the rating plate. 4. Turn the variable switch to select the desired temperature level. 5. The elements and fan motor will switch on. Using the humidifier function: 1. With the heater unplugged, open the water inlet grid and pour water in. 2. Please check the water level on the side of the heater as it must not exceed the high level. 3. Plug the heater in the wall socket and select the desired temperature level. 4. Switch the humidifier function on at the switch. Care and cleaning: Do not immerse in water. Unplug from the power outlet (mains). Do not use coarse or abrasive sponges/cloths or steel wool to clean the heater. The outside of the heater should be wiped with a soft, damp cloth, and polished with a soft, dry cloth. After cleaning, wait a few minutes for the heater to dry completely before use. An authorised service representative should perform any other servicing.

Storage instructions:
Store in the original box in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.

Do not cover. Safety precautions: Carefully read all instructions before operation and retain for future reference. The product may only be used with the parts provided by the manufacturer. Use an earthed wall socket. Always place the appliance on a solid, flat, dry surface. Never use your appliance near water or in areas where it can come into contact with water. Never handle the appliance if it was dropped into water or any other liquid. If the appliance comes into contact with water while switched off, but still plugged in, it will cause a safety hazard. Be careful as the appliance will remain hot for a period of time after use. To unplug, grip the plug and remove it directly from the wall socket. Never disconnect by pulling the appliance cord. Never wrap the cord around the appliance. Do not operate the product with a damaged cord or plug, or after it malfunctions, has been dropped, or damaged in any manner. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard. Avoid the use of an extension cord as this may overheat and cause a risk of fire. Make sure that the voltage indicated on the product corresponds with the mains voltage in your home. Connect the appliance to a single-phase AC supply of the voltage specified on the rating plate. Clicks shall not be held liable for any failures owing to any discrepancy and such failures shall not be covered by the guarantee. The appliance is intended for household use only. Commercial use invalidates the guarantee and the supplier cannot be held responsible for injury or damage caused when using the appliance for any other purpose than that intended. Always unplug the product from the electrical outlet when not in use. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Extreme caution must be exercised. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Packaging must never be left within reach of children since it is potentially dangerous. Be sure that no other appliances are in use on the same electrical circuit as your product as an overload can occur. Never leave the appliance unattended when connected to the power supply. Unplug the appliance after use. Store in the original box in a cool, dry place out of reach of children. Additional warnings: Children and infants are prohibited from using this product. Never remove the cord from the socket while in operation. Switch off the appliance first. Do not touch the outer surface of the heater while it is in operation. Electrical requirements: Check that the voltage on the rating plate of your appliance corresponds with your house electricity supply, which must be A.C. Important: The plug removed from the mains lead, if severed, must be destroyed as a plug with bared flexible cord is hazardous if engaged into a live socket outlet. If the power cord is damaged, it must be repaired by a qualified technician or replaced by the manufacturer or service centre. Safety precautions: Safety precautions and directions for use are included in owner's manual. Do not insert fingers or objects through the protective grill. Environmentally-friendly disposal: Do not dispose of electrical appliances as unsorted municipal waste, use separate collection facilities. Contact your local government for information regarding the collection systems available. If electrical appliances are disposed of in landfills or dumps, hazardous substances can leak into the groundwater and get into the food chain, damaging your health and wellbeing.
