The multi-function convection oven has brought an end to traditional cooking. While cooking, the convection oven produces a circle of hot moving air, which cooks the food evenly all over. The cooked food becomes infused with its natural flavour and nutrition.
This convection oven is designed with a 65-250 degrees C thermostat and 0-60 minute timer. You may select the cooking temperature and cooking time for your food.

Usage instructions:
Directions for use:
Directions for use and safety precautions are included in the owner's manual.
Care and cleaning:
Always switch the appliance off and disconnect it from the main supply before cleaning.
Allow the heater to cool off.
Clean the outside of the heater by wiping with a damp cloth and dry with a soft, dry cloth.
Do not use benzene or any other harsh detergents/solvents or chemical agents to clean the heater.
Roasting:
Place the food directly on the wire rack (low or high rack).
For very thick cuts of meat, turn the food halfway through cooking.
Roasting time may vary depending on cut, size, amount of fat, etc.
Steaming:
You can steam vegetables at the same time you cook your main dish by placing the vegetables in an aluminium foil pouch. Simply add a few drops of water and seal the pouch. You can also add a cup of water in the bottom of the pot, with savoury herbs and spices to steam fish or vegetables. Do so by adding only a small amount of water.
Frying:
You can get the effect of deep-fried French fries without all the oil by dipping potato strips in polyunsaturated cooking oil, allow excess oil to drain away and cook according to cooking guide.
To make delicious fried chicken, dip chicken pieces in batter and then cooking oil, drain excess oil and cook according to chart provided.
Toasting:
You can create perfectly toasted bread and snacks without preheating. Simply put the bread directly on the wire rack and watch it toast. It will be crisp on the outside and stay soft on the inside.
You can also improve stale snacks like crackers, chips and even cookies by placing them in the oven for a few minutes at maximum temperature to bring back their freshness and crunch.
Defrosting:
You can use the convection oven to defrost frozen food more evenly than a microwave oven. Simply set the temperature at 100 degrees C and check the food every 5 -10 minutes.
General guidelines:
Remember to distribute food evenly in the convection oven to ensure an even flow of air all around the food.
The first time you try a recipe, check the cooking process through the tempered glass bowl.
Since it is practical to place food directly on the wire rack, you may want to spray it with a non-stick spray to avoid sticking.
The convection oven is self-cleaning. Simply put 5 cm of water in the bottom and set temperature at 100 degrees C for 10 - 12 minutes.
For a very dirty oven, add some detergent to the water and wipe the stains if needed.

Baked fillet of sole with sage & cumin:
Ingredients:
2 fillets of sole (or any white fish except cod - it is too fatty).
1 tbsp minced sage leaves.
1 tbsp ground cumin seeds.
Juice of 1/4 lemon.
Some olive oil for drizzling.
Salt and pepper to taste.
1. Place your fillets on a piece of foil. Rub with a little bit of salt and pepper.
2. Squeeze the lemon juice over it, taking care not to put too much as it will leave a sour taste.
3. Drizzle the fillets with a little olive oil. Not too much either, just enough so that the fish doesn't end up too dry.
4. Sprinkle the fillets with the minced sage and ground cumin. You may also use sage and cumin powder if you can't get hold of the fresh herbs.
5. Fold the foil over the fillets, seal and form a packet.
6. Place this on the wire rack in the turbo.
7. Set the temperature to 180 degrees C (375 degrees F) and set the timer to 15 minutes. The meat should come out white and tender. Enjoy with a bowl of steamed rice.
