Usage instructions:
Directions for use:Pour one cup of freshly boiled water over one teabag of Sela Joint Tea. Allow teabag to draw for 5 to 10 minutes; cover for maximum effect. Drink whilst warm.For best results, take 4 teabags daily.You can use your teabag twice!
