Usage instructions:
Smart serving tips:
Serve warm, creamy oats with goji berries, honey and pumpkin seeds, or with crunchy almonds for a hearty breakfast.
Cooking instructions: 1/2 cup rolled oats + 1 cup water + pinch of salt = 1 serving.
Stove top: in a pot, bring water and salt to a boil. Add oats and cook for 10-15 minutes (depending on the required consistency) and stir occasionally. Cover with lid, remove from heat and allow to stand for a few minutes.
Microwave: in a large bowl, combine oats, salt and water and microwave on high for 3-5 minutes. Be sure to watch carefully to avoid bubbling over. Allow to stand for 2 minutes when done.
Storage instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place.
