How to use
Usage instructions:
Baking instructions you will need:
2 large eggs.
250 ml milk.
1 tbsp oil or butter.
1 cup Smartbite fritter & flapjack premix.
Method:
1. Whisk eggs and milk together.
2. Add flapjack & fritter premix and mix well. If flapjack: sweetener must be added, if fritter: savoury ingredients must be added.
3. Heat 1 tbsp oil or butter in a frying pan.
4. Pour spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan. Flip when bubbles begin to form and cook the other side.
5. Serve with your favourite toppings. Store chilled.

Store in a cool, dry place.
