Directions for use:Wash vegetables thoroughly before use. Remove core by twisting the corer anti-clockwise. Place food onto food holder and ensure vegetables fit snugly. Choose your blade setting, single blade for long spaghetti strands or double blade for thick spirals.Care instructions.Wash in warm, soapy water before first use. Dishwasher safe.Smart tips:1. Replace simple carbs like white rice and pastas with wholesome, healthy vegetable spaghetti.2. Save by making bigger batches and storing in freezer until ready for use.3. Make delicious carrot spirals and bake for a healthy snack alternative.Zucchini noodles with chicken, feta and spinach.Ingredients:2-3 chicken breast tenderloins (strips), cut into chunks.Salt and pepper, to taste.Pinch of red pepper flakes.1/2 tsp. garlic powder.Juice of half a lemon.1 packed cup of spinach.1 large zucchini, spiralised5 Small cubes of feta cheese (less than 1/4 cup)1. Place a large pan over medium heat.2. Coat with cooking spray and add in chicken. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 3 minutes, then flip over, cooking another 3-5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.3. Add in the lemon juice, spinach, zucchini and garlic powder. Toss frequently, until spinach is wilted and zucchini noodles soften, for about 3 minutes.4. When done, use pasta tongs to transfer to a bowl. Season with pepper, top with feta and enjoy!
