Dosage instructions:
Adults (16+): For the first 2 days take 2 capsules only with meals (1 x morning, 1 x mid-day). On days 3 & 4, take one capsule 4 times per day. Thereafter slowly increase the dosage until you get the desired results. Maximum dosage: 8 capsules per day with no more than 2 capsules at any individual serving.
To assist with weight loss:
Take together with Ultima 1 shake to maintain your health and metabolism while reducing your kilojoule intake.
Each day add at least 1 hour of low-exertion exercise (such as walking or swimming).
Drink at least 6 glasses of water every day.
Minimize the fat & oil content of the foods you eat.
Storage instructions:
Store at or below 25 degrees C.
