Recommended use: 250ml + 1 = serving. Creatine loading: for the first 5 days of use, take 1 teaspoon 4 to 5 times daily with 250ml of your favourite protein/carbohydrate drink or grape juice. Creatine level maintenance: after 5 consecutive days of loading, take 1 teaspoon 1 to 2 times daily with 250ml of your favourite protein/carbohydrate drink or grape juice. During loading and maintenance, one of the servings, should be taken before and/or after training. Note that the beneficial effects of creatine will only be obtained with a daily intake of at least 3g creatine, and when combined with high intensity exercise.
