Usage instructions:
Directions for use: Mix 1 serving (5g = 1 teaspoon) in 200 ml of cold water or in your favourite sports beverage or intra-workout. Consume 1 to 2 times daily. For best results: Consume 1 serving first thing in the morning and another serving immediately after training. An additional serving may be taken before bedtime to further enhance recovery. 1 x teaspoon + 200 ml.
