One tablet is equivalent in sweetness to one teaspoon of sugar. 1 tablet of Canderel 1 kj = 1 teaspoon (5g) of sugar 85kj.
Canderel Yellow is also available in granules, which are ideal for cooking, baking & sprinkling on fruit or cereals.
