How to use

Usage instructions:
Direction for use:Use with sneaker or lace-up shoe.Wear a comfortable absorbent sock under the brace.The brace is universal left or right.1. Center heel pad evenly under heel.2. Wrap the lower velcro closure strap for alignment.3. Wrap upper strap and re-adjust lower strap as necessary to achieve a snug fit. Make sure shells are centrered along ankle and leg.4. Adjust the vertical side straps by using both hands to pull them upwards until a comfortable fit is obtained.
