Usage instructions:
Directions for use:Dry wipe the inside of your shoe, to ensure that it is clean and dry, before inserting the insole. Remove the clear plastic adhesive backing from the insole and then place it into the shoe, with the sticky side facing downwards. Align the insole with the arch position, then firmly press the insole to adhere to the shoe. Replace when the insole/adhesive becomes worn out.
Storage instructions:
Store below 25 degrees C. Keep from direct sunlight. Do not submerge in water.
