How to use
Usage instructions:
Directions for use: 1. Dry the skin thoroughly. 2. Peel off the clear transparent backing. 3. Stretch the patch slightly before applying the adhesive side to the skin. On joints such as the knee, bend the joint before applying and stretch the patch around the joint. When first applied, the patch may feel cold due to the water in the adhesive. Within 5 minutes the patch will feel warm and comforting and this will last for several hours. Use one patch at a time on the appropriate area. Do not use more than 3 patches per day on the same area. Reseal the pouch to protect the remaining patches. Use within 1 month of opening.
Storage instructions:
Store at or below 25 degrees C.

Precautions: Use only as directed. For external use only. Do not use on children under 5 years of age. Do not use if you have eczema or sensitive skin. Stop use and consult a healthcare practitioner if rash or irritation develops and does not improve within ten days. This medicine has not been evaluated by the Medicines Control Council.
