How to use
Usage instructions:
For daily immune system support: Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 2 capsules daily. Children 6 – 12 years old: Take 1 capsule daily. At the first sign of a cold/flu: Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 2 capsules 4 times a day. Children 6 – 12 years old: Take 1 capsule 4 times a day. If symptoms persist for longer than 5 days, consult a healthcare provider.
Storage instructions:
Store below 25 degrees C in a dry place, protect from light and moisture.
Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children.
Safety during pregnancy and lactation not established.
If you are taking blood thinning medication, such as warfarin, use this product under the supervision of your healthcare practitioner.
If symptoms persist longer than 5 days, consult you healthcare practitioner.

Feeling fluish
I felt fluish on Saturday and i took 1 flugon as i had a sample pack and i felt a bit better after about and hour. I continued to take it on Sunday and I am feeling much better.
